The POWERS Student and Affinity Groups provide a platform for students and the NTU community to collaborate and create a supportive environment to pursue STEM as a career of choice. As part of the POWERS Education framework, they also serve as training grounds for students and young researchers to develop their leadership and organizational skills. 

The groups are self-organized and are advised by NTU faculty members with supports from the POWERS Bloom Funds and sponsorships by industry partners.
