Clinic on Campus

Raffles Medical Group, NTU’s appointed campus healthcare provider, will reopen the renovated NTU Campus Clinic at the  University Health Service Building on Monday, 2 March 2026.

With the reopening of the renovated clinic, the temporary clinic at the Nanyang Auditorium Annex will cease operations on the same day.

General Practice (GP), Psychiatry, Vaccinations, Pre enrolment / Pre-employment medical check-up & Statutory Medical Examinations services will be offered at the renovated clinic from 2 March 2026.  

X-Ray and dental services are scheduled to resume from 1st April 2026. Further updates will be shared on this website. For these services, you may visit other Raffles Medical Clinics. Kindly refer to the list of selected Raffles Medical Group clinics:

Effective 1 January 2026
Students

  • AIA will be the primary healthcare insurance provider for students. Students are advised to plan their healthcare appointments and insurance matters accordingly.

  • All matriculated full-time undergraduate, graduate, inbound exchange and inbound non-graduating students who have paid the Health Service fee are eligible for the Medical Scheme.

  • The scheme will cover visits to clinics managed under the ​AIA panel.

  • Please use the AIA+ plus app for details of the insurance scheme and a listing of clinics.

  • Raffles Medical clinics outside NTU are NOT covered by AIA insurance. Only the Raffles Medical clinic AT NTU campus is in the insurance panel. If you visit other Raffles Medical clinics in Singapore, you will not get reimbursement.
Staff

  • Singlife will be the primary healthcare insurance provider for employees. Employees should continue using the Aon Care+ app to present the Aon Care e-Card at the on-campus NTU Clinic for verification purpose.

  • Aon Care continues to be our medical insurance provider for staff.

  • Raffles Medical at NTU will be under the list of Aon Care panel clinics.

  • Only the Raffles Medical clinic AT NTU campus is in the Aon Care insurance panel. If you visit other Raffles Medical clinics in Singapore, reimbursement claims will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to non-panel clinics.

    1. All matriculated full-time undergraduate, graduate, inbound exchange and inbound non-graduating students who have paid the Student Health Service Fee are eligible for the Medical Scheme.
    2. This Fee is collected through the student bill.
    3. NTU employees are eligible for the Flexible Benefits (FlexBen@NTU).

       Please note that Teleconsultations with other providers is not covered by AlA and it will be at your own cost.
      Text-based Psychologist Support
      • Text-based Psychologist Support is available and covered under the AlA policy.

      • Consultation & Medical fees: $12 co-payment.
      • Reimbursement: Pay at the clinic and submit claims via the Aon Care+ app or web portal (via FlexBen@NTU). Reimbursement capped at $40 per visit, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year.

      • Consultation & Standard Medication: S$5 co-payment.
      • Reimbursement: Cashless transaction, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year. If transaction exceeds maximum claim entitlement, the clinic will prompt for self-payment.

      • Consultation Fees (effective 24 Feb): $12 before GST
      • Co-payment: $5 
      • Medication: Charged separately
      • Delivery Fee (effective 24 Feb): - Free delivery between 8am – 10pm,
        - $9 before GST between 10pm – 7:59am
      • Reimbursement: Pay for Teleconsult and submit claims via Aon Care+ app or web portal (via FlexBen@NTU). Reimbursement capped at $40 per visit, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year.

      2. Fullerton Healthcare Telemedicine (Aon Care) - FlexBen@NTU
      • Consultation & Standard Medication: S$5 co-payment.
      • Delivery: Waived.
      • Reimbursement: Cashless transaction, subject to a maximum claim entitlement per year. If transaction exceeds maximum claim entitlement, Aon Care app will prompt for self-payment.

      We are dedicated to providing sensitive and confidential health care services through our clinics and we encourage all staff and students to consult our clinics’ doctors and health-care professionals for any health-related issues.

      1. When will Fullerton Health stop operating on campus?
      Fullerton Health’s services will end on 31 December 2025.

      2. Who will be the new clinic operator?
      From 1 January 2026, Raffles Medical Group will provide on-campus clinical services.

      3. Will there be a change in co-payment for staff and students?
      No, there is no change to the co-payment rates for consultation/medication to the Raffles Clinic @ NTU.

      • For staff,  $5 per consultation (including standard medication)
      • For students, $3 per consultation (including standard medication)

      4. What happens to my medical records?
      All medical records from Fullerton Health will be automatically transferred to Raffles Medical Group. No action is needed from you. 

      5. When will the clinic at University Health Service reopen?
      Raffles Medical Group will officially reopen its renovated clinic at University Health Service Building on 2 March 2026. The temporary clinic at the Nanyang Auditorium Annex will cease operations on the same date.

      6. Can I still go to Raffles Medical clinics in town?
      Students:
      You can, but it is not recommended. We suggest visiting AIA panel clinics instead, as these are reimbursable. You can find them in the AIA+ app.
      Staff:
      Yes. Visits are allowed, but they are reimbursement-based and capped at $40 per visit. Cashless service is available only at the NTU campus clinic and Fullerton Health clinics. 

      7. What if I need X-ray or dental services before April?
      You can visit selected Raffles Medical Group clinics that offer these services. Please refer to the list here. Charges may differ by clinic, so do check what your insurance covers before going.

      8. How do I submit insurance claims?
      Students:
      Submit your claim through the AIA eBenefits app or web portal.
      Staff: Submit your claim through the Aon Care+ app or web portal, accessible via FlexBen@NTU.
