Located in the heart of Nanyang Technological University's sporting and residential precincts, the 150-room Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) is designed to  serve the accommodation needs of visiting academics, students, alumni, and executive learners.

Each guestroom is fully equipped with essential amenities, integrated technology, and seamless facilities,  offering the perfect balance of comfort and functionality. These accommodations are tailored to support both short-term and extended stays.

NEC also offers a comprehensive range of facilities and services that include 24-hour guest relations support, high-speed internet access, and dedicated housekeeping services.

Beyond accommodation, the centre also features F&B dining options alongside versatile event spaces, suitable for meetings, conferences, and formal functions to support academic, corporate, and institutional engagements .  In addition, guests will enjoy access to the newly refurbished swimming complex, offering a convenient option for recreation and wellness during their stay.

The Deluxe room offers a well-appointed space that is perfectly suited for work and rest. It spans 18-25 sqm and is ideal for short to medium stays for single or double occupancy. We offer versatile bedding options, including twin single beds, a queen, or a king bed arrangement.

The Executive Suite offers enhanced comfort features and a dedicated living area, curated for an elevated living experience with greater privacy and flexibility. Spanning 40-47 sqm, the Executive Suite accommodates up to 3 guests, perfect for families and groups. The suite includes flexible bedding options and a pull-out couch for added versatility. Host informal meetings in the sitting area, unwind in the private lounge, or simply relax with coffee, complete with complimentary Nespresso pods.

NEC Executive Room
The Panorama Suite redefines residential comfort, featuring expansive views and a generous layout. Spanning an expansive 71 sqm, it accommodates up to 4 guests and is crafted for those on extended stays who value space, privacy, and exclusivity.  Featuring a separate king and twin bedrooms, the suite offers privacy for all guests. Enjoy panoramic views from the comfort of the lounge, prepare light meals with the in-room microwave and pantry space, or get ready at the built-in vanity in the suite's dressing area.

NEC Panorama Suite
The Nanyang Executive Centre is a venue for academic, professional, and executive events. Here, we offer a range of specialised conference spaces and expansive training venues, all seamlessly integrated under one roof.

 

Forum 1 & 2
Our two Forum spaces are designed to facilitate seamless communication and engagement, featuring a distinctive tiered layout that allows all participants to have an unobstructed view of the presenter.

Each room is equipped with advanced AV/IT facilities and a dedicated control room that allows for seamless management of audio, visual, and lighting systems. They each accommodate up to 54 participants, perfect for interactive learning and collaborative discussions. 

NEC Forum 1 & 2
Function Halls
The Function Halls offer versatile spaces suitable for large-scale events. Both halls feature an open-plan layout that can be configured to suit a variety of events.

Function Hall 1 accommodates up to 150 guests while Function Hall 2 accommodates up to 80 guests, suitable for conferences, presentations, and social events. 

Breakout Rooms
The Breakout Rooms are smaller spaces with an emphasis on focus. Each room is furnished and equipped with AV/IT capabilities, tables, chairs, and whiteboards or flipcharts, useful for supplementary sessions during larger programs or for concentrated discussions that require minimal distraction.

Each room accommodates up to 8 guests, ideal for coaching, group discussions, or specialised meetings.

Education Wing Atrium
The Education Wing Atrium, offers a visually striking environment for networking and social events. The expansive space encourages engagement and interaction, accompanied by cosy sofas and seats for extended conversations over a cup of coffee.

Accommodating up to 53 guests, the circular Main Atrium, illuminated by a dramatic skylight, provides an elegant backdrop for cocktail receptions or interactive events.
