    1. What are the benefits of going through this pathway as compared to entering straight into a master's in business analytics?

The FlexiMasters pathway offers a modular and flexible approach, allowing participants to upskill while balancing professional commitments. Credits earned can be stacked towards the relevant NBS MSc in Business Analytics, upon meeting admission requirements. This approach supports long-term growth in AI for business, enabling professionals to earn valuable AI certifications and academic credentials without an immediate commitment to a full degree.

    2. Can credits from both the FlexiMasters in Business AI and Technology and the FlexiMasters in Business and Financial Analytics be stacked toward a Master’s in Business Analytics? If I complete both, will I gain a higher number of transferable Academic Unit (AU) credits, and what exactly distinguishes these two tracks?

Both the FlexiMasters in Business and Financial Analytics (BFA) and the FlexiMasters in Business AI and Technology (BAIT) provide stackable credits towards the NTU MSc in Business Analytics. By completing both programmes, students may accumulate more Academic Units (AUs) that can be applied towards a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence or related postgraduate pathways.

    3. As I noticed a coding component in the curriculum, would I still be eligible to enrol even if I have no prior programming experience?

Absolutely. While modules such as 'Empowering Businesses through AI, GPT, Cloud Agility, and Cybersecurity Design' do involve coding, they are designed to be accessible to those without a technical background. These units are specifically tailored for professionals looking to integrate AI into business strategy or prepare for advanced AI degree programmes. The curriculum emphasises practical business applications and industry relevance, providing ample instructor-led support to ensure all students can keep pace regardless of their starting point.

    4. How will the credits earned from the FlexiMasters contribute to an NBS Master’s programme?

FlexiMasters is a stackable programme where credits earned are eligible for credit transfer to an NBS Master’s programme. However, participants are required to meet the admission standards of their selected NBS Master’s programme. For more information about the NBS Master’s Programme, you may visit this link: https://www.ntu.edu.sg/business/admissions/graduate-studies

    5. What is the course assessment like?

Course assessment will differ from module to module. This will be determined by the respective teaching faculty. Assessment components will be shared upon successful admittance to the programme. Some of the assessment components may consist of Individual coursework, Group coursework, Quizzes and Class Participation.

    6. When will the course outlines be made available?

Course outlines will be shared upon successful admittance to the FlexiMasters programme.

    7. Can I still use my Alumni Credits? When do my Alumni Credits expire? Can I check the balance of my Alumni Credits?

Kindly email PACE regarding queries of your Alumni Credits: [email protected]

    8. Can I get a rough idea of the difficulty level?

These are advanced graduate Business courses embedded with academic rigour necessary for the academic units in the programme. Due diligence is required to pass the modules in the programme.

    9. If I do not pass the course or any of its components, would the funding still hold? Or would it be revoked?

In the event you do not pass a course, you will not be eligible for funding. Hence, you will have to pay for any outstanding fees thereafter.

    10. Will there be more details available on the course curriculum, such as the types of software being used and the specific topics covered in each module?

Once you have successfully enrolled into the programme, more information will be given to you regarding the modules.
