I-SING 2024

In 2024, I-SING reached an important milestone as a whitelisted evidence-based programme recognised by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Ministry of Health. While participation involved 13 Active Ageing Centres and 309 seniors in Singapore, the programme transitioned to a paid model, reflecting growing confidence and commitment from participating centres. In addition, around 100 seniors from Hong Kong and Taiwan joined the international component. The 2024 edition strengthened programme structure, delivery quality, and measurable outcomes, demonstrating that exergaming could be sustainably implemented as a structured active ageing initiative aligned with Healthier SG and Smart Nation goals.
