I-SING 2023

I-SING 2023 marked the strong return of the International Singapore Intergenerational Games following the pandemic pause, reactivating community participation at scale. The programme engaged 19 Active Ageing Centres (AACs) across Singapore, with 332 seniors participating locally, alongside approximately 100 seniors from Taiwan and Hong Kong through international collaboration. Delivered as a free programme to encourage widespread re-engagement, the 2023 edition successfully rebuilt momentum for exergaming as a joyful and socially connected form of physical activity. It reaffirmed the value of digital exercise games in enhancing seniors’ physical activity levels, social interaction, and confidence with technology.
