iLEAD SMEs Growth Programme (iSGP)

Course Overview

Offering a flexible, industry-relevant continuing education pathway for business leaders, the iSGP provides you with the knowledge to future-proof your business and the skills to lead the next wave of transformational growth.

This programme consists of five classroom-based modules, 12 hours of personalised 1-to-1 mentoring sessions and an overseas immersion trip for you to explore global opportunities. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations to broaden your horizons, learn from the experience of industry experts, and expand your business network during networking sessions and fireside chats.

Programme Fee before Funding*		S$14,750 (before 9% GST) S$ 750 (admin fee)

*Funding: Up to 70% SSG funding + admin fees
Immersion Trip: Airfare and hotel is self-funded by participant
^Application fee: It is a one-time payment per participant and there will be no refund for any withdrawals or absenteeism reasons.

There will be assessments conducted at the end of each module.

Participants taking the SkillsFuture grant must comply with the following requirements to be awarded with the grant:

Achieving minimum attendance (75% of each modular hours)
Completion and pass the course assessments

*Course Certificate will be awarded to the participant who have fulfilled all the above requirements and upon completion of assessments.
