Who are we?
At NIE, we turn research into real-world impact. The Research-Practice-Policy Group (RPPG) connects educators, policymakers, and school communities to exchange ideas, challenge norms, and drive innovation. Through strategic partnerships, a suite of publications, and outreach, we deliver evidence-based insights that keep pedagogy future-ready and adaptable — reinforcing NIE’s position as a global leader in learning and teaching research.
RPPG is responsible for:
- Identifying strong research and reliable evidence sources
- Connecting researchers with non-research stakeholders
- Supporting researchers in planning for impactful outcomes
- Translating and sharing research for mainstream resourcing and practical methods for school integrations
- Evaluating and tracking research from translation to impact generated
- Enhancing stakeholders’ ability to apply research knowledge in practical settings
