Modes of payment at NIE Student Services Centre (SSC)

In line with our nation’s initiative of going cashless, we regret that cash will not be accepted as a mode of payment for all transactions at SSC with effect from 15 Jan 2018.  Students can opt for any of the following cashless modes when making payment:

1. NETS (You are required to make this payment at NIE's Student Services Centre)
2. Credit Card (Mastercard & VISA) (subject to a minimum payment of $30)
3. NETS FlashPay Card (Student Card)
4. Cash Card
5. NETSPay app
6. Bank app such as DBS Pay Lah!, OCBC Pay Anyone & UOB Mighty 
7. *NEW online payment method: Flywire (for payment of semester tuition fee of new students, August 2024 intake ONLY)
AY2025/2026 January 2026 Semester’s Fees for all Graduate (all programmes) students

e-Invoice: AY2025/2026 January 2026 Semester’s Fees would be available for viewing/payment at Launchpad from 25 February 2026.  

Please open launchpad from the URL: https://launchpad.nie.edu.sg

Click on “Student Services” > Select “System Links” >” NIE Applications” > “ISAAC”> Click on "e-Invoice" > Select “My Bill”

Please pay by 11 March 2026 to avoid late fee charge.

2. Self-Service Corner

Print@NIE located at NIE Library and Student Hub at Block 3B, Level 1, provides printing and photocopying services. 

At Student Hub, there are 3 PCs and 5 printers (with photocopying and or printing functionalities inclusive of 2 with colour print-out) at the Self-Service Corner.

Students may refer to the self-help guide on the wall or contact the helpline displayed on every machine at the Self-Service Corner. 

Print@NIE provides several features. These include:

  • Cloud-based printing via email-to-print and web-to-print
  • Improved printing security
  • Multifunctional printers for printing and photocopying
  • Flexible payment modes using Pharos account or CEPAS compliant cards
  • Easy management of personal printing accounts via web browsers
  • Users can send print jobs via a web browser or email and collect the printouts from any printer located at the Library or Student Hub.
  • Students can enjoy the ease of transaction by registering and using their student card or any CEPAS compliant card (eg. EZ-link card) as digital payment wallet. They can also manage their account balances and transactions on the Print@NIE portal.
