MSE35: A Year of Reconnection
2026 marks NTU MSE’s 35th anniversary — a milestone shaped by generations of students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners who have grown with the School over three and a half decades.
To commemorate MSE35, we are planning a series of student–alumni engagements throughout the year — from industry conversations and mentoring touchpoints to community gatherings and shared celebrations. These moments are designed to strengthen inter-generational connections, open new professional pathways, and bring our community closer together.
The hallmark of the year will be our MSE 35th Anniversary Family Day — a special occasion to reconnect with classmates, meet fellow alumni across cohorts, and celebrate how far the school and its graduates have come.
More details will be announced progressively. We invite you to stay tuned, mark your calendars, and be part of this milestone year.

MSExtravenganza
MSE’s annual start-of-semester gathering that brings students, staff and alumni together in an informal setting to reconnect, meet new faces, and ease into the academic year.

NTU Best Foot Forward 2026
NTU’s annual fundraising and wellness challenge brings the community together to walk, run or cycle.
As part of our 35th anniversary year, the MSE community came together under Stride and Ride for MSE35, our team in NTU’s Best Foot Forward challenge, to contribute to the MSE Advancement fund while staying active. Through collective participation — both physical and virtual — students, alumni, colleagues, and friends of MSE continue to demonstrate a spirit of solidarity and support for student development as we celebrate MSE35.

Alumni-Mentor-Mentee Networking
This initiative connects students and alumni through structured networking and mentorship touchpoints designed to encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth. Alumni offer perspectives from industry and academia, while students gain early exposure to career pathways and build lasting professional relationships.
As part of our broader anniversary efforts, this platform reflects our commitment to strengthening alumni engagement while supporting student development.
