Community Involvement Project

LKCMedicine Community Involvement Projects (CIP)

The main objective of Community Involvement Programmes is to serve, in a capacity appropriate for medical students, the beneficiaries found in our local society and other countries through the Local Community Involvement Programmes (LCIPs) and the Overseas Community Involvement Programmes (OCIPs) respectively.

At the start of each academic year, each CIP recruits a small group of M1s as committee members and regular volunteers. LCIPs may also reach out to adhoc volunteers across the year to help out with initiatives such as health screenings. The public is welcome to join us at our local blood donation drives and SGMarrow's cheek swab drives!
