Biography

Ananda is an electronic engineer by training and has about 6 years of industrial experience in electronics manufacturing sector. After a brief exposure to a rehabilitation project during his Master’s period, he became interested in human movement and the brain. He then completed his PhD in Neuroscience from McGill University in Canada, where he studied the mechanisms behind motor learning in humans. As a researcher, he has worked on different projects and mentored undergraduate students from the LKC Medical School, Mechanical Engineering (NTU), and Health Sciences (SIT).

He is now responsible for keeping daily operations, facilitating strategic planning, participating in grant applications, and bridging research's clinical and neuroscientific aspects. He is also grateful to the teammates and collaborators who have made research more productive and successful.
