(SCTP) Advanced Professional Certificate in AI-Powered UX Design and Digital Product Strategy

The landscape of UX is evolving—today’s practitioners are expected to think strategically, work with data, and deliver at speed. The (SCTP) Advanced Professional Certificate in AI-Powered UX Design and Digital Product Strategy programme equips mid-career professionals with the multidisciplinary skills to thrive in the next generation of UX and product roles, aligned with Singapore’s Smart Nation and AI-driven digital economy initiatives.

Participants will learn to apply product discovery frameworks, conduct and synthesise user research, use analytics to guide decisions, and design intelligent user experiences with the help of AI. With hands-on practice in wireframing, prototyping, and low-code development, they will transform validated insights into testable MVPs. The programme culminates in a capstone project that integrates research, design, data, and delivery—preparing learners to launch impactful digital products with confidence.

Reflecting Singapore’s growing emphasis on AI, automation, and user-centric digital services, the programme introduces AI awareness, prompt thinking, and low-code prototyping approaches. This ensures learners are equipped not just for traditional UX roles, but also for roles that require a deep understanding of how AI shapes user experience and innovation in a rapidly digitalising economy.
