NTU Seed Fund

Bridging early-stage funding gaps for NTU-affiliated spin-offs and startups

About the NTU Seed Fund
The NTU Seed Fund, established in 2025, was created to bridge early-stage funding gaps for NTU-affiliated spin-offs and startups. By co-investing alongside external investors, the fund supports ventures that demonstrates strong differentiation, viable business models, significant market potential, and robust leadership teams.

  2. Submissions will be reviewed by Pre-Investment Committee, and shortlisted companies will be invited to the next stage.
  3. Pitch at Investment Committee Meeting - shortlisted companies to present which includes a 10-minute pitch and a 15-minute Q&A session.

The NTU Seed Fund conducts two focused application windows each year, aligned with key Investment Committee cycles.

Investment Committee meetings are typically held up to three times a year, and selected companies may be invited to present depending on readiness and strategic fit.

The NTU Seed Fund operates on a rolling review basis throughout the year. Startups may submit materials at any time. To ensure a fair and efficient process, only completed submissions with the required materials will be evaluated.
