The 10th NTU–TCTF Advanced Leadership Development Forum

The 10th NTU–TCTF Advanced Leadership Development Forum on “Technological Innovation and High-Quality Development — New Opportunities for Asian Universities” will be hosted by NCPA, with the generous support of the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. The Forum will commence with an Opening Ceremony on 2 March 2026.

The Forum aims to further strengthen collaboration among NTU, universities, and research institutions, and to provide a platform for participants to explore emerging opportunities while advancing exchanges in educational innovation and international cooperation among Singapore, China, and other ASEAN countries.

It will convene academic leaders and senior administrators from Singapore, China, and Malaysia. Participants will deliver keynote speeches and engage in meaningful dialogue on key issues related to technological innovation and high-quality development.
